What is an Alumni Chapter?

Alumni chapters are designated to keep alumni in touch with SDSU and other fellow alumns.  Alumni chapter provide many benefits, including:

• Renew old friendships and establish new ones with fellow Alumni.
• Stay connected to your "alma-matter".
• Valuable career connections – Networking is the name of the game for career development and chapters can help you make those connections with other SDSU alumni.
• Provides nationwide, bi-national and international network of personal and professional support
• Opportunities to meet distinguished Alumni, Staff, Faculty, and SDSU administrators.

SDSU-IVCampus Alumni Chapter Association

Our purpose is to further the interests of the SDSU – Imperial Valley Campus (academic discipline, geographic region, shared interests, and culture/heritage) and its Alumni; to establish closer contact between the Campus/University and its Alumni; to promote activities beneficial to Alumni and the Campus/University; to assist in the recruitment of students and to publicize and promote both chapter and Campus/University interests.
