The Imperial Valley Campus University Cashiers Office is responsible for collecting, accurately recording and depositing all monies due to San Diego State University. Our customers are students, faculty, staff, alumni and others who make up the campus community, and we strive to provide prompt, reliable and secure service. The University Cashiers Office maintains the student accounts, and is also responsible for billing such items as university housing, mandatory lab fees, residence hall telephone charges and financial aid overpayment obligations.
